Rick Woodward's brokerage expertise is primarily the Interstate 580 and Interstate 205 Corridors from Pleasanton and Livermore to Southwestern San Joaquin County, including Tracy, Lathrop and Stockton. In this market he has represented as an exclusive broker the sale of entire industrial parks, industrial and commercial buildings, including Greenville Business Center (Livermore) and Vasco Commons (Livermore). In his capacity as a broker, Mr. Woodward has represented his clients in the site plan approval process, General Plan amendment process, and specific planning process.

From a tenant representative/buyer's representative perspective, Mr. Woodward has represented corporate and private entities in the acquisition process of land and buildings, including site selection, due diligence, and funding phases. On a selective basis, Mr. Woodward has represented acquisitions and dispositions of property throughout the State of California.

Mr. Woodward is an active member of the East Bay Commercial Real Estate industry with long standing business and social ties to the area. Since 1979, Mr. Woodward has lived with his family in Contra Costa County.
